ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Grade: Officials in the grade of JMGS-I, MMGS-II and MMGS-III (Generalist Cadre)
2. Age: Not less than 25 years and not more than 40 Years as on 31st March 2026.
3. Work Experience & Professional Qualification:
i. The official should have completed 4 years of confirmed service (in officer cadre) in the Bank as on 31st March 2026 (excluding probation period).
ii. The official should have worked in rural/ semi urban area for at least two (2) years as on the date of submission of application.
iii. Officers who have not completed any mandatory stipulations in their appointment letters e.g. length of service in a circle/ area/ Business unit will not be eligible.
iv. The official must have minimum experience of one (1) year in Officer Cadre in any one of the following areas during the current and last two assignments or during the immediately preceding six (6) years as on the date of submission of application:
(a) Credit Management
(b) International Banking
(c) Treasury Operations
(d) Branch Operations
(e) Risk Management
(f) Investment Management
v. Officials having experience in more than one area may be given preference at the time of selection.
vi. Officials possessing professional/ technical qualifications and knowledge of foreign languages (other than English) may be given preference at the time of selection.
4. Service Record:
i. CDS grades considered for selection will be best 03 out of last 04 years’ grades as on the date of submission of application. CDS grades in any of the best 03 years should not be less than AA.
ii. Officials against whom disciplinary proceedings/ investigation are pending/ contemplated as on the date of submission of application will not be eligible. iii. Officials who have been awarded penalty (minor or major) and whose rigor period is not over and officials whose name appears in List of Officers of Doubtful Integrity (LODI) as on the date of submission of application will not be eligible.
EXAMINATION PROCESS:
Online Exam:
The exam usually consists of 200 questions worth 100 marks. The duration of the examination will be 120 Minutes and there will be negative marking for incorrect answers.
The test will be “objective type” comprising of four sections viz.
(i) Credit & Trade Finance (30 marks)
(ii) Operations (30 marks)
(iii) General Awareness (20 marks) and
(iv) Aptitude Test (Data Interpretation, Logical & Critical Reasoning and Comprehension Ability & Knowledge of English)(20 marks)
Interview:
Shortlisted candidates are called for a personal interview, which acts as the final stage.
