About This Course

The Diploma in Banking & Finance (D&BF) is a professional certification conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF). It is widely recognized by public and private sector banks and reflects a strong foundational understanding of banking operations and finance. This certification supports students and job seekers in securing entry-level roles such as Clerk, Customer Service Executive, and Officer Trainee. It also strengthens preparation for IBPS, SBI, RRB, and other Probationary Officer (PO) interviews. Even a 12th pass candidate with D&BF is more job-ready than those without a professional banking qualification.

Course Description

1. Recorded classes are available in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam.

2. One physical, exam-oriented study book will be dispatched to the candidate’s registered address within one week from the date of enrollment.

3. Comprehensive Mock Tests: 5 Full-length Mock Tests

What You Will Learn

D&BF Syllabus and Exam Pattern

Subjects:

Paper 1: Indian Economy and Indian Financial System (IE & IFS)

Paper 2: Principles and Practices of Banking (PPB)

Paper 3: Accounting and Financial Management for Bankers (AFM)

Paper 4: Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RB & WM)

 Passing Criteria:

Each paper is out of 100 marks. You need 50% to pass (at least 50 out of 100 per paper). Four papers total; you need a minimum of 200 out of 400.

 Aggregate Method:

If you appear for all four papers together, you pass by scoring at least 45 in each and a total of 200 marks (50%) overall.

 Credit Retention:

Candidates may retain credit for any passed subject until the time limit expires (3 years or 5 attempts), counted from your initial registration date.
