ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
1.If Sub-Staff has passed Matriculation (10th standard) or equivalent: Typically minimum 4 years active service may be required before becoming eligible for conversion/promotion to clerical cadre.
2.If Sub-Staff has NOT passed Matriculation (8th standard or failed 10th): Usually 8 years active service is required for eligibility.
