ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
All Clerical Cadre employees (i.e., SBI Clerks / Junior Associates) except the following categories are eligible to appear for the promotion test to Trainee Officer (JMGS-I):

Minimum Service Requirement
Minimum 4 years of service and possession of JAIIB qualification (Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers)
OR
Minimum 3 years of service with CAIIB qualification (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers)
Educational Qualification
Graduation (Bachelor’s degree) from a recognized university/college as on the eligibility date (e.g., 1st April of the promotion year) is mandatory for appearing in the promotion test.
